I am a recent software engineering and game development graduate that achieved a first-class honours with a letter of commendation.
I am keen to start working in the software industry as I look forward to learning about working in the industry and expanding my knowledge in other languages and tools. See my LinkedIn and Github for more.
While looking for work I am currently working on some personal projects. The first project is real-time strategy game created using the Unreal 4 engine (C++).
This combines both my passion for games and programming. Once a playable demo is created, I am going to start creating on projects that focus more on software development.
Student Records is a database that is designed to manage the data of students for a college/university. It handles the creation of student ID, enrolment ID and their user accounts.
Additionally, it also handles staff, courses, departments, and job roles data.

This Real-time strategy game contains base building, resources gathering, HUD (heads-up display), unit recruitment and AI path finding.
I continue working on this project in my free time, and my future plans are to expand the unit and building roster, creating wave-based enemies and improving the commends that the player can give to a unit.
This is a tactical turn-based strategy game I created as part of my course at university.
This arena-based game, developed using a bespoke game engine, has the player create a team that must move around the arena to light beacons and defeat the enemy opponents.

The project I created for my dissertation was a narrative game made in Unreal 4. The game consists of a branching dialogue system, as well as a turn-based combat system to control multiple characters.
The combat system includes abilities, basic attack, and useable items that are obtained by defeating enemies. There is also an equipment system in place that allows for characters to equip weapons and armor.
